Dining Concept
Collection Hospitality brings together gastronomic concepts with their own distinctive character, cuisine and atmosphere. What connects them is a strong sense of place, quality ingredients, seasonality and the people behind each individual concept.
Each of our gastronomic concepts has been created in a different setting and for a different type of experience. From a restaurant above the waters of Lake Lipno and a bistro on its shore to restaurants and spaces connected with hotels in Český Krumlov and Benešov. Their menus, atmosphere and style of service naturally reflect the places in which they operate.
What they share is an emphasis on quality ingredients, seasonality and cuisine with its own distinctive identity. Alongside restaurants for everyday dining, the portfolio also includes seasonal venues and gastronomic concepts designed for private and corporate events.
MOLO Restaurant
MOLO Restaurant is located at the end of a 150-metre pier, directly above the waters of Lake Lipno. Chef Petr Vaněk and his team draw on Czech culinary roots, seasonal ingredients and inspiration from Nordic cuisine. Both the à la carte and tasting menus are complemented by a setting where the water, views across the lake and surrounding landscape are a natural part of the experience.
MOLO Bistro
MOLO Bistro is an informal place directly on the shore of Lake Lipno, welcoming guests from breakfast through to dinner. The menu works with familiar flavours in a contemporary way and naturally changes throughout the year with the seasons. Views of the lake and the setting of MOLO Lipno Resort are an integral part of the experience.
MOLO Bar & Grill
MOLO Bar & Grill is a seasonal rooftop concept overlooking Lake Lipno and the surrounding landscape. During the summer months, it combines grilled dishes, drinks and a relaxed atmosphere with a programme of events on the rooftop of MOLO Lipno Resort. Outside the main season, the space is primarily used for private and corporate events.
Cafe du Lac
Cafe du Lac is part of MOLO Lipno Resort and is located directly on the shore of the lake. Until now, the venue has been known mainly for its pastry and café concept. It is currently temporarily closed while we prepare its new concept.
Le Jardin
Le Jardin is a gastronomic concept connected with Bellevue Hotel Český Krumlov. The intimate restaurant setting reflects the character of the hotel and the historic centre of Český Krumlov, offering guests the opportunity to combine their stay in the city with a gastronomic experience. The restaurant is currently temporarily closed.
Restaurace Na Karlově
Na Karlově Restaurant in Benešov is now primarily a venue for pre-arranged gatherings, corporate events, celebrations and other private occasions. The gastronomic offering is prepared according to the character of each individual event and is supported by the facilities of Bellevue Hotel Benešov. Open for pre-booked groups and private events only.
